Nothing on this platform, in our documentation, on our social media channels, or in any communication from Ava Genesis constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The act of deploying an ERC-20 token is a technical activity only. Ava Genesis makes no representations about the value, utility, or market performance of any token deployed through this platform. You should seek independent professional advice before making any financial decisions involving digital assets.

All transactions executed through Ava Genesis occur directly on public blockchain networks (Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Polygon, or Sepolia testnet). Once a transaction is submitted and confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances. This is a fundamental property of blockchain technology and is not within the control of Ava Genesis. By using this platform, you accept that: • Deployment fees paid in ETH or USDC are permanently transferred on-chain and are non-refundable. • Gas fees paid to the network are non-refundable and are determined by network conditions, not by Ava Genesis. • Token contracts, once deployed, are immutable — their core parameters (name, symbol, decimals) cannot be changed. • The 3% platform supply allocation on Starter tier is minted at deploy time and is non-reversible.

Ava Genesis does not accept card payments, bank transfers, or any fiat currency. All payments are made exclusively in cryptocurrency (ETH or USDC) on-chain. Because blockchain transactions are irreversible by their very nature, no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals are possible or offered. This applies to: • Deployment fees ($10 Starter / $20 Basic / $50 Premium) • Gas fees paid to the blockchain network • Any failed transactions where gas was consumed • Any tokens mistakenly configured before deployment We strongly recommend using the free Sepolia testnet to verify your configuration before deploying on mainnet.

Smart contracts are software and may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or behave unexpectedly under certain conditions. While the Ava Genesis contracts are built on OpenZeppelin 5 — the industry-standard audited library — no software can be guaranteed to be free of all vulnerabilities. Ava Genesis is not liable for: • Any exploit, hack, or vulnerability in deployed contracts • Loss of funds due to smart contract bugs • Unexpected behaviour caused by network upgrades or forks • Interactions between your deployed token and third-party protocols (DEXes, bridges, etc.)

Ava Genesis is a self-service infrastructure platform. It deploys smart contracts on behalf of users but has no control over, and bears no responsibility for, how those tokens are used after deployment. You, the token creator, are solely responsible for: • All legal and regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction (securities law, AML/KYC, tax obligations) • The intended use and actual use of your deployed token • Disclosing all token parameters and platform allocation to your token holders or investors • Ensuring your token is not used for fraud, deception, rug pulls, pump-and-dump schemes, or any other harmful activity • Any claims or legal action brought by third parties in connection with your token

The fact that a token was deployed using Ava Genesis does not constitute any endorsement, verification, or approval of that token by Ava Genesis. Ava Genesis does not vet, audit, or approve tokens before deployment. Any token created through this platform may be a scam, have zero value, or violate applicable laws. Do your own research before interacting with any token, even those deployed through this platform.

Ava Genesis provides its service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, and the platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses or missed opportunities caused by platform downtime or service interruptions.

Ava Genesis integrates with or links to third-party services including but not limited to: Alchemy (RPC provider), Etherscan and block explorers (contract verification), WalletConnect (wallet connectivity), and public blockchain networks. Ava Genesis is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

The regulatory environment for digital assets, token issuance, and blockchain technology is evolving rapidly and varies significantly by jurisdiction. What is legal in one country may be illegal in another. Ava Genesis does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that the use of this platform is compliant with the laws of any specific jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of this platform complies with all applicable laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ava Genesis, its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: • Your use of or inability to use the platform • Any token you deploy and its performance or failure • Loss of funds, tokens, or digital assets • Smart contract exploits or vulnerabilities • Regulatory or legal action related to your token • Network congestion, gas price spikes, or failed transactions • Any third-party claims related to tokens you deployed This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if Ava Genesis has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to update this Disclaimer at any time. The revision date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
