Summary: We collect your wallet address and on-chain deployment data only. We do not collect personal information, we do not sell your data, and we do not track you across the web. Blockchain data is permanently public by nature.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the Platform. This includes: your wallet address (public, required to process deployments); transaction hashes and on-chain data related to tokens you deploy (publicly available on the blockchain); basic usage analytics such as page views and feature interactions (no personally identifiable information); any information you voluntarily provide when contacting support.
2. What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, government ID, or any other traditional personally identifiable information unless you choose to provide it. We do not store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials — these never leave your browser or wallet application.
3. How We Use Your Information
Wallet addresses and transaction data are used to: display your deployed tokens in the Dashboard; associate fee payments with deployments; provide on-chain analytics. Usage analytics are used to improve the Platform's performance and user experience. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.
4. Blockchain Data
All token deployments are recorded on public blockchains. This data — including your wallet address, token parameters, supply, and transaction history — is permanently public and cannot be deleted or modified. Using a blockchain is an inherently public activity. Ava Genesis does not control this data and cannot remove it.
5. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party services including: Alchemy (blockchain RPC infrastructure); WalletConnect / Reown (wallet connection); RainbowKit (wallet UI). These services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them. On-chain data may also be indexed by public blockchain explorers such as Etherscan, BaseScan, BscScan, and PolygonScan.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
We use minimal cookies and browser local storage to maintain wallet connection state and user preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect data processed by our servers. However, no system is perfectly secure. On-chain data is secured by the respective blockchain network. We strongly encourage users to practice good wallet security hygiene including hardware wallets for large holdings.
8. Data Retention
Off-chain data (deployment records stored in our database) is retained for as long as the Platform operates. Blockchain data is permanent by nature. If you wish to request deletion of any off-chain records associated with your wallet address, contact us — we will comply where technically feasible.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us. Note that on-chain data cannot be modified or deleted due to the immutable nature of blockchain.
10. Children
The Platform is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Platform, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
